DEFINITION OF PROCRASTINATION

So procrastination is the action of delaying or postponing something

IT EXISTS 4 TYPES OF PROCRASTINATON

1\THE PERFORMER\ Who says i work well under pressure

2\self deprecator\ Who says i’m sooo lazy .THAT’S ME ACTUALLY .

3\OVERBOOKER\ Who says i’m sooo busy

4\the novelty seeker\ Who says i have the best idea

Actually the soluation like what i did to get away from that worst best friend PROCRASTINATION i rebuild my energy and get my shiit done cause when you control your subconscious you can do anything the difficult part in procrastination is to get away from your laziness but when you say to yourself look right now im gonna do this and that ……… and you get the step to start to do your work you win and that shiity best friend PROCRASTINATION is losing honey

so i’m waiting for ya’ll thoughts in the comment section and don’t forget to share with us your type and how you get away from procrastination?

  1. If you ask my wife I’m the greatest procrastinator ever!😀 I’m the number one type. Start a task, get bored and put it away for something else, then finish just before deadline. Deadline = wife yells!😀

  2. I generally procrastinate for two reasons: 1. I don’t want to do the tasks which I’m procrastinating about, such as write reviews of albums that don’t excite or move me in any way, or 2. I think I’ve got a slight case of ADD, and am very easily distracted by almost anything, which prevents me from getting the tasks I should be doing done.

  3. I cannot offer much help, as i have been a victim of procrastination for my entire adult life. (Over 50 years and more) My only solution so far has been to leave everything until the last possible moment, when it simply has to be done. Then I will do it.
Many thanks for following my blog.
    Best wishes, Pete.
